Brucemax Apps built the Boxing Interval Timer app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Brucemax Apps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Appodeal is used as an advertising mediation platform. The advertising networks mediated through Appodeal may also collect advertising identifiers, ad interaction data and approximate location in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are listed in the Appodeal Privacy Policy linked above.

Approximate location

The advertising and analytics services listed above may determine an approximate location (at country, region or city level) from the IP address of your device. This approximate location is used to serve relevant advertising, to apply regional privacy requirements and to produce aggregated usage statistics, and it may be shared with those service providers for those purposes. Boxing Interval Timer does not request the Android location permission and does not collect or use your precise (GPS) location.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Boxing Interval Timer does not operate its own servers and I do not collect or store any personal information about you myself. All settings, timer presets, and workout data you create in the app are stored locally on your device and remain there for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device permanently.

Because no account is required to use Boxing Interval Timer and no personal profile is created, there is no account, no server-side profile and no personal data held by me that could be deleted on request. For this reason there is no separate data deletion request process: deletion is performed entirely by you, using the steps described above. Boxing Interval Timer does not create user accounts, does not ask for personal information and does not store any user data on servers operated by me — all app data remains on the user's own device.
